Typical discussion in chat:

9h40 Alex: Hi

9h55 Chris: Hi (answers 15 minutes later because he is on the phone)

9h57 Alex: How are you (answers two minutes later because in the meantime he was speaking to his boss.

9h57 Chris: Good, thanks. And you?

9h57 Alex: Yeah, fine.

9h57 Alex: Quick question

9h58 Chris: Tell me (More than five minutes gone and Chris still did not say what he needs).

9h58 Alex: How does this liquidation thing work?

10h00 Chris: What do you mean? (He waits for two minutes, because he thought Alex might clarify his question. He does not.)

10h00 Alex: Do we need CSSF approval?

10h00 Chris: yes

10h00 Alex: Do we need anything else?

10h00 Chris: board resolution, shareholder notice and CSSF approval.

10h01 Alex: Ok.

10h01 Alex: How long is that going to take?

10h01 Chris: 1-2 weeks.

10h01 Alex: What do we need to write in the board resolution?

10h01 Chris: Call me to discuss.

Here Chris loses patience and asks Alex to call him and discuss because he realises that chatting is going to take too long. The whole discussion took more than 20 minutes and they did not get very far.
